Known limitations for The Penny Ice Creamery:

Online Ordering: The third-party online ordering system used by The Penny Ice Creamery, Toast POS, may not achieve WACG 2.1 level AA because when contacted, Toast stated: "Toast is not able to make any representations around whether a customer's use of our products are compliant with the ADA, or other accessibility laws and standards". The Penny makes every effort to reach WACG 2.1 level AA within the functionality of the Toast POS system over which we have control. Unfortunately we do not control the development of the Toast POS product. As an alternative to ordering online, should a barrier be encountered, orders may be placed by calling +18312042523 and speaking with one of our staff.
Locations
We make every effort to be accessible for all guests to enjoy, and therefore we meet the requirements of the American with Disabilities Act (ADA). Our locations have accessible dining options and our restrooms meet ADA requirements.
